Blackstone Griddle Breakfast for a Crowd
Complete breakfast cooked on a Blackstone griddle: eggs, bacon, pancakes, and hash browns all at once
Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon (sliced)
- 8 eggs
- 4 cups frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 2 cups pancake batter
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cheese, toast, vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat Blackstone to 400°F for 10 minutes
- Section the griddle (bacon left, eggs middle, pancakes right)
- Add bacon to left section, spread out
- Cook bacon for 5 minutes until crispy, remove
- Add hash browns to left section with butter
- Cook hash browns 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Create 4 circles on griddle for pancakes
- Pour pancake batter into circles
- Crack eggs in middle section while pancakes cook
- Flip pancakes after 2-3 minutes
- Season eggs with salt and pepper
- Flip eggs after 3-4 minutes
- When everything is done, serve on a large platter
