Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken or beef, sliced thin
  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, orange), sliced
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Flour tortillas for serving
  • Toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat blackstone to 450°F
  2. Add butter to griddle and melt
  3. Add sliced meat to one section, cook 5 minutes
  4. Push meat to cool zone
  5. Add peppers and onions to hot section
  6. Sprinkle fajita seasoning over everything
  7. Cook vegetables for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally
  8. Add minced garlic in last 2 minutes
  9. Combine everything together and squeeze lime juice
  10. Warm tortillas on cool edge of griddle
  11. Transfer to a platter
  12. Serve with toppings on the side
