Blackstone Fajitas (Feed a Crowd)
Sizzling fajitas cooked right on the Blackstone griddle with everything cooking simultaneously
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken or beef, sliced thin
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, orange), sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- Juice of 2 limes
- Flour tortillas for serving
- Toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese
Instructions
- Preheat blackstone to 450°F
- Add butter to griddle and melt
- Add sliced meat to one section, cook 5 minutes
- Push meat to cool zone
- Add peppers and onions to hot section
- Sprinkle fajita seasoning over everything
- Cook vegetables for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add minced garlic in last 2 minutes
- Combine everything together and squeeze lime juice
- Warm tortillas on cool edge of griddle
- Transfer to a platter
- Serve with toppings on the side
