Ingredients

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Pour oil into shallow pan to about 1/4 inch depth
- Heat over medium-high heat until oil shimmers
- Test temperature with thermometer (350-375°F ideal)
- Carefully add food to hot oil
- Cook 2-3 minutes until golden brown
- Flip and cook other side 2-3 minutes
- Remove with tongs to paper towels
- Drain excess oil
