Instructions

  1. Prep the protein: Wipe clean with damp cloth, don't wash. Slice or leave whole for caps.

  3. Prep vegetables: Wash and cut potatoes into even pieces for uniform cooking.
  4. Heat: Set to 200°F. Add 1 tablespoon oil.
